i give this place full stars because thw food and service hits the spot at all times when i come visit.
they have so many variety of food with a chef to each certain ethnic food that makes the food. most dishes are fresh and tastes good and they use good quality food or ingredients mixed in the dishes.
lets start with the seafood bar. they have oysters to shrimps to crab to mussels and crawfish to lobster chowder. there seafood are the best quality for a buffet but its doable and taste great.
next they have a american / soul food which have plenty of fried to grits to steam food with a chef cutting up ham prime rib and sausages too.
next they have a bread station with tons of different breads for your meal. next to it they have a juice bar where they have freshly juiced drinks for you enjoy such as grapefeuit. apple. cucumber. tropical. orange. and etc. these juice are so worth the money. imagine going out on strip to buy a bottle of juice for 5 bucks.
also the chinese station they have ginseng soup and porridge too like wow those two items are soo good. and ok dim sum for a buffet not bad and not good but ok and edible.
for the sushi i dont like that because its too americanized and doesnt look appealing.
they also have a cheese bar with variety of cheeses too and a salami bar too with different cut out salami too.
they also have a fresh salad bar to go to your healthy selections if you wanna balance your meal.
also a dessert bar with 20 flavor gelatos from green tea mint to pumpkin spice to black seasme and the original flavors such as choc vanilla and strawberry. and fresh made crepes too like wow thats the best dessert serve there.
