  • Unprofessional, Called to make a reservation for my sister's 24th birthday dinner. The lady who answered the phone asked me the quantity of the party and then stated she needs to speak to her manager so she places me on hold. Then she returns and states I should call Biltmore because they're full, which is HILARIOUS to me because she failed to even ask for the date of the event which threw me off. So I stated to her wouldn't you like to hear what day it's on before denying the event... Then she said yes I told her Saturday and she goes yeah we are unable to. I was so upset I asked to speak to her unhelpful manager who took 15 minutes to get on the phone just to say the same thing. I understand if you're booked on parties but at least have the decency to check. Customer service is trash, I don't even plan to EVER visit this location.
