  • I have lived here for a year, and its been one problem after another. Our air conditioning went out a month ago. I've made a maintenance request, and I've been in the office SIX TIMES (as it is miserably hot in our apartment). It still isn't fixed. Thats only the tip of the iceberg. The residence here are loud and obnoxious. It constantly smells like pot in the gym and in our apartment from the lovely bunch of frat boys above us. They are charging us $80 because we put out 60 day notice in 3 days late... even though thats when they explicitly told us to put in the notice. We had to deal with everything from a flooded bedroom to backed up drains to no AC (on several occasions, and that pretty little stream that goes through the grounds was broken for 6 months. Plus, lets just be real, its lake water pumped through that river and it smells like fish. Everything is falling apart. We can't get out of here soon enough. I think a lot of people are wooed by the nice price and lakeside view, but take it from me its not worth it. Seriously, if you're reading this, don't do it.
