| - I lease through Honda, and I woke up one morning to find my battery dead in my Civic. After jump starting it I tried to hastily call Wilde East Town Honda, which had been servicing my car for a year or so. The woman who answered the phone told me it wouldn't be possible for me to get in that day for a battery check, and was very short with me on the phone. After I pressed the matter further she told me she would have the manager of their service department call me back. He never did (until the next day, which was too late), so I ended up calling Zimbrick, a dealer I had never been to before.
The man on the phone was very friendly and said to stop on by right away and they would take a look at it. I was there for less than 15 minutes when he came and gave me a full report on my battery and reassured me that everything was in good working order. I was willing to pay them for their time, but he said it wasn't necessary and sent me on my way. I was so relieved with the service and friendliness of the staff that I decided when my lease ended a couple months later, Zimbrick is where I would get a new car.
The staff in the sales department were just as helpful as those in the service department. They made renewing my lease and finding a new car so easy! They even went out of their way and worked with me to help keep my monthly payments low. I would highly recommend them, especially Alex & Randy! Since then I have had only positive experiences. They offer a walk-in service for oil changes/tire rotations, and their waiting area is comfortable and has refreshments, including an espresso machine. I would definitely recommend Zimbrick to anyone looking to buy or lease a new Honda!
