  • Terrible customer service. I saw an H2 Hummer Limo on the website, and submitted the quote request form. I received an automatic reply email, asking me to call the company for more information. I thought to myself, "Why should I call them when I'm requesting an online quote?" But I did it anyways. I left a message and didn't hear back. I called again and the following conversation followed: NY54: (inaudible greeting) Me: Hi, I'm calling to follow-up on a message I left earlier regarding a quote. NY54: Yeah? Me: Well, I'm interested in renting a H2 Hummer Limo for four hours on - NY54: I don't have a Hummer. WHAT?!?!?! Then why is it posted on your website? Frustrated, I thanked the employee and hung up. You are better off going with ANY OTHER limo company.
