  • Got the Yelp deal with my current purchase of a hookah. The deal was great, but the hookah was horrible! We bought it for $60, an it's was completely in bad shape, the hose was nasty n filthy, the vase was lopsided, the rubber thing that attaches the hookah all together was torn. Overall it's was a BAD QUALITY hookah! I was so upset that we couldn't exchange of return it, I called the shop and they said they only thing they can do is give me a new rubber thing.. so I had to invest more money to make it work. Had to buy a new hose n rubber thing at a different smoke shop, which was another $20. Nonetheless, I suggest to look carefully at everything before buying a hookah here or don't buy one here at all! No stars, customer service was bad, no one offered to help us, minding there was 3 employees, and just me, my friend and another costumer. Wasn't helped out til we asked for help!
