I only gave it one star because I had to give at least one for a review. Having worked at Wells Fargo, been a customer for 12 years, switched purposefully for the $200 incentive coupon that I brought in to open an account, I was highly disappointed when the banker not only forgot to enter the coupon code and denied memory of me bringing a code. To make it even sweeter, even after showing proof I received this coupon a month prior to opening the account, the service manager Dirk told me there was absolutely nothing he could do to help. Period. WHY ELSE WOULD I HAVE SWITCHED FROM MY 12 YEAR BANK? This was clearly chase's error and not one person took responsibility nor offered a solution/alternative of any kind.
Disappointment after disappointment. I'll be closing my account here after my next direct deposit hits and I've established an account at MidFirst.
To make it worse - they don't have an answering machine here and don't return phone calls so it's like wrangling wild geese trying to get ahold of someone!!!
BANK ELSEWHERE! No concept of customer service at Chase Bank.
