  • I believe we all can agree buying a car has got to be the most dreadful event? If you agree then my review is targeted at you... Car Max changed my whole idea of this process yesterday! Yes I'm happy that I got a car I love at a great price but the process in doing so was amazing. I have been in the market for months but could never seem to find the time to pull the trigger because in past years it was an all day thing. I believed prior to yesterday that dealerships should have spa services and restaurants inside to keep customers calm.. I had been looking at their website and decided spontaneously to stop in and see a car Id seen. I was greeted and matched up with a salesmen named Mina who was nothing short of amazing.. I test drove- went home to get checkbook and left in my new car in under 2.5 hours. No finance manager to wait on.. no price haggle.. Mina answered all my questions and literally had me in and out of there. I spent more time driving home and back than I spent in the dealership - sooo awesome! If I knew their process was this easy id have brought a car months ago.. let me just ad this little detail - same car I purchased with 1000 more miles is on Fletcher Jones site- same exact year make model same features everything the same and its priced 9,999 higher.. 10 stars to Car Max for mastering the process because 5 stars simply isnt enough. Another 10 for Mina because you sold me a car and I didn't have time to even get hungry or impatient you were so game tight! Highly recommend stopping by if you've got the itch.
