  • Lowes in Ft. Mill is one of the better home improvement stores in the area because of their selection, low prices, price match guarantee and customer service. I always find what I'm looking for and if I don't then there's always an associate to assist me. The low prices are also attractive and this location is always willing to price match as long as the item is exactly the same. Here you can also rent certain tools or items for your home improvement but I've never used them as I would rather have the item in case I need it again. The customer service is top notch most of the time. The associates are willing to help or ask if I need help when I look lost or befuddled. They are truly a wealth of information and knowledge and if they don't know, they'll find the answer. Management here is also wonderful and have a real understanding of customer service and treating the customer as they would want to be treated. I have made many a visits to the location and each time I've left the same as I've came...impressed.
