  • Most of the time my experience with this branch is okay but my last experience was just downright not right. To start off, this branch has some really great and dedicated people working there. There are some members of the staff that are not aware of their behaviors? and tone and the way they rub off on their clients. To list off my complaints, this location does not have a drop off box. So renters have to actually come to the location at business hours to drop off the car. Well, most people work and most people can't come to that location at business hours outside of the weekend. My other complaint is that they are sloppy with the rentals. Many times I've rented vehicles with past renters properties in the car. Sometimes the vehicles are not as clean as they should. They don't like picking people up, which I thought was part of the Enterprise tag line. If it's part of the marketing tagline why is this branch so resistant to it? That I don't know. Overall great place but they have a lot of areas of improvement.
