  • I actually came here second time in the insistence of my girlfriend that was my 2nd mistake!!! I told her the first time was bad enough but I thought maybe the second time will be better anyway it was worse than the first time, The service is absolutely horrible never ever go to their on-site restaurant on a holiday you are better off eating offsite, The service is horrible actually no service, we waited over 45 minutes and still never got our mail so I canceled it, then we were out by the pool in twice they took our towels and clothes, I had my clothes and Phone on the recliner they still took everything I don't know what they were thinking, for a four-star hotel the service is despicable and horrible I get more service out of a comfort inn believe me!!!! I would rate this resort -4 stars
