  • We hired Chef Michael to cater our outdoor December Las Vegas wedding and I am so glad we did. From the moment we told him our crazy idea about getting married and having a reception in a cave, he was as excited as we were. It seemed any idea we gave him, he made even better than we could have imagined. It was purely magical and the most delicious food I've ever had at at an event, especially a wedding. We asked if he could do everything plant based/vegan and he said YES....made it perfect right down to the scrumptious plant based Marshmallows with chocolate and graham crust that we enjoyed by the fire. He even made these awesome potatoes that were got to enjoy later in the evening...layered beautifully with golden and sweet potatoes. It was a nice touch later in the night when we got hungry and wanted to relax by the fire. He thought of everything and left out nothing. I cried when I saw how much hard work him and his entire team put into our wedding and event. It was a dream come true. I recommend him a thousand times over and can't wait to hire him again! If you're looking to have a small party or a huge event...look up this amazing Las Vegas caterer.
