  • I rarely write a negative review but I would caution new residents about moving into this community. While it is gorgeous during the week, the pool area turns into a frat pool party all weekend! We even had a fire in one of the apartments last night with blaring fire alarms at 10:30. I surely hope management can initiate new rules against such behavior so all the residents can enjoy our community. ***update 11/1/2016. This is the worst apartment community I have ever lived in!! After all the crap we have endured over the last year a new company took over last week. Place is still a dirty mess and again today another fire alarm which caused so many residents to evacuate and stand in the street to make sure it was safe for them and their pets to return to their apartments. Please do not rent here!!!
