  • Recently started fostering a large pup and needed a larger crate for her so I called around to one or two locations to check availability. Girl who answered the phone was prompt and concise with providing pricing and making sure they had what I needed in stock. Was able to check out quickly, the cashier even got someone to carry the crate and load it into my car for me - always appreciated. Even when I lost the receipt after the fact, I was able to call in and have them put aside a duplicate for me. Very happy.
