  • Stage AE is a welcome addition to the Pittsburgh music scene. Because it is smaller than the other music venues around, it brings in acts that probably would not be able to fill Star Lake/First Niagara or Heinz Field. I like the more intimate setting and crowd size. I have seen a few shows here and have been extremely happy with the quality of the shows. I think the sound quality is amazing...it was definitely built to host music acts, unlike many smaller venues that were created for other purposes and then flipped for music. I have never seen an outdoor show, but have enjoyed the indoor facility. I am really happy that Stage AE found its way to the Burgh.
