Amazing food tucked away in the downtown district. We had to do a yelp search to find it and it was totally worth the effort. My friends and I stopped in here after running the Sprinkler Sprint 5K and we were ravenous.
Very quaint place, small and interesting menu. Caters to vegans and vegetarians which I love. I ordered the Huevos motulenos which was quite good a little sweet, a little spicy. Served with potatoes which I didn't really like, and a sauce that had black beans and whole peas. The peas seemed a little odd in this dish, like they were out of place. But... still very interesting meal and I ate most of it. It also had tofu pieces in it which were a nice addition.
My friends had the fried chicken which was an enormous portion. They also ordered a side of pancakes for all of us to try. I have never been big on pancakes but I tried these, and HOLY cow these are melt-in-your-mouth pancakes. I can't even describe them other than fluffy. Really good. We will all definitely come back to try other things on the menu, great service and amazing food.
