  • I think going to Fat Tuesday is a must do if it is your first time in Vegas. The drinks are delicious but I personally think it is a lot of liquid if you get their staple slushy drinks. Keep in mind, if it was the summer and over 100 degrees, I think it would be a different story. But with the weather being a bit cooler, it did not make as much sense to walk around with a slushy. This time around, me and my friends got jello shots and tube shots. These are much cheaper and are pretty strong. Fair warning, the tube shots tasted like rubbing alcohol that I would have drank while in college. I was not the biggest fan of the taste, but I think it was still fun, and you can't expect much when the shots are less than $2.
