  • Called the dental office to ask if they take my dental insurance. Front office lady was very rude and just said "we don't take that" and then just ended the conversation. I was really excited but even if they did not take the insurance it could have been a little nicer. I do not know how the dental service is but all I know is the front office lady did not have good customer service.
