  • Not sure why this place is getting only average reviews, but I had a great experience staying here. Maybe I just got lucky, but I really cannot think of any obvious deficiency, besides the fact they do not have breakfast, but based on the price you shouldn't expect it. We stayed here in the summer for a 1-night staycation and we found the bed to be very comfortable; the rooms were very clean and had a very modern look; the weight room was nothing special at all, but it was clean and did the job; and the pool/jacuzzis were big and appeared to be clean. The location is great as it offers easy access to downtown Scottsdale and Tempe while being located right off the Green Belt. I would definitely, and plan to, stay here again in the summer.
