  • First let me say that the actual nail services are fine. I am a woman of age and walked in with my out of town guest for mani/pedi services. The woman behind the front counter came over to us as we were picking our colors. She reached up a pulled a hair out of my chin!!!!!! I was shocked, taken aback and didn't know how to respond. I just kind of laughed and let it go. I was embarrassed and upset, but, went ahead with the services as my friend was leaving the next morning and this was our ladies time out. After we left I made the decision that I would never return because of that unprofessional demeanor of that woman.
