| - We have bought four cars from this location. Unlike most, I love negotiating with sales people. Don't ask me why, but I do! But, there was far less haggling at this dealership (which obviously is a good thing). We bought through Rick and his teammate, Doug. They were great. Two out of the four cars weren't bought same day. One of them, we waited over six months to buy. Throughout every experience, their follow up was fabulous. Each time we came in, they remembered us and were able to ask about our family, etc. These two gentlemen are truly that. They pride themselves on their honesty and integrity and rightfully so!
During one of our purchases, we had one of the "managers" come out who decided to try and strong arm us (which was hilarious). I asked our sales guys to get rid of him and explained I would not work with him. Well, a few weeks later he didn't work there anymore because that isn't how this dealership works. There is none of that high pressure crap. Sure, they go up to the manager's desk for sign off, etc but they aren't hidden in a back room.
We have met several of the managers and everyone has always been delightful. We even had a great time in finance. We were able to leave, go get dinner and come back when the paperwork was ready tremendously reducing our time waiting.
If you like Toyotas, this is the place to go. Make sure to ask for Rick or Doug. You won't be disappointed.
