  • Their customer service is so awful. The men who own the store treat black women like crap, as if we're all just a number or as if we're dependent on them. And the women who work in the store are just as awful, especially the one with blonde hair and pencil thin eyebrows. These people have no clue how to properly run a business, they're just hustling Vegas locals because there aren't many options for hair care products but if you drive down Maryland there are some better places. I was in their purchasing hair and it was on sale but wasn't range up the way so I asked the gentlemen about it and he yelled across the whole store "hey! Is this on sale?! This lady claims it is" I was like "have you ever heard of customer discretion and confidentiality?" And he shrugged his shoulders and said "whatever". Needless to say, I took my business elsewhere.
