Filipino/Hawaiian/American-inspired breakfast cafe near Summerlin.
Damn, why couldn't this place have been here when we lived in the area?
Killer tried out the Chicken Adobo fried rice - I wasn't expecting it be wrapped in a scrambled egg, that was a nice touch and turned it into a full-blown Filipino breakfast in one shot. Nice.
I went with the Kalua Pork Benedict and it was surprisingly good. Kalua pork is usually super salty, but B-Stacks' wasn't. not bad at all.
Service was very friendly and attentive and you can tell this place is a local favorite by how packed it was so early in the morning.
Def going to need a re-visit the next time I get my arm twisted to go to Sin City
