  • I was staying nearby, preparing to attend a wedding later that day and booked a last minute appointment to trouble shoot TMJ pain. When I booked the appointment, I stressed the importance of the appointment beginning on time and was assured it would. I arrived early to take care of paperwork and in case they were ready for me a few minutes early. On the contrary, the appointment started about 20 minutes late. The massage itself was if very poor quality and the massage therapist was uninterested in targeting the areas causing pain. n top of the late start, the appointment ended 15 minutes early. I was charged he full amount for the appointment, despite explaining that the massage did not last the full duration of the time booked and paid for. The response I received was a shrug and "sorry." I will never be back.
