  • so this company was contracted by the home warranty company, i had a bad wire in one of my outlets,the electrician came and "fixed" it. 2 days later i plugged something in and when i unplugged it the whole socket came out, now i noticed when he left that he cracked the cover plate so i thought that may be why it came out so i went to replace this cover and low and behold it turns out that the socket was not screwed in properly to the housing....why because the dude broke the housing where it screws in or it was already broken....did he tell me......no he just jimmy rigged it back in!!!!! so when i called to complain after missing work and that i would not be able to miss again......mary the person in charge concluded that i probably broke it and must have "kicked the plug in'' ????? wow so you wanna blame the consumer!!!! beware shotty work dont use them!!!!! bb&g electric is nooooo good!!!
