  • We had a party of 9 and were seated promptly. The décor is upscale and the food is good but not special. The problem was the service, I was not impressed. I had difficulty understanding the waiter and he was mostly inattentive. After reading the Yelp reviews, I was expecting more. Charlotte has many great restaurants in the uptown area so I would not return to the Westin.
