  • I have been in pain in my arm and left knee. That is why I contacted a pain clinic. I was a little Leary after reading some of the negative reviews. I still decided to give them a try. Making a appointment was very difficult. The appointment for the Glendale office was more than a month out. For a patient in pain that is a long wait. I requested to be sent out a new patient packet in the mail which never arrived. I decided to call back. Making a phone call to that practice entails wait time on the phone of at l;east 15 minutes. In the meantime I contacted another pain clinic in Peoria. Nova Spine Center. With Doctor Clifford baker. I called them and the phone is answered immediately. I have already seen the doctor and a procedure has already been scheduled. They are able to pull up medical records from Simon Medical. At Arizona Pain they would need a medical release. I am on the way to feeling better rather than be waiting to be seen, not to mention the leg work to get endless amount of records. If you are in pain and need to be seen by a competent pain doctor give Nova Spine in Peoria a call. I am happy I did so!!
