I called Chris on May 16th based upon his positive reviews and explained the project to him. He agreed to meet on Sunday, May 20th, at 10 am to look it over. We had the bathroom ready for him but he did not show up. I called and left a message but no response. The following days I called and left a message on Chris's answering machine. No response.
I understand that sometimes things come up, however, I don't understand a business totally ignoring a customer and not offering an explanation for not calling about the appointment.
We are now a week behind in our project because Chris failed to show when he said he would be there.
