  • I have been to Apex twice and both times I have felt satisfied and well taken care of. Jason and his team are patient, kind, and helpful - but most of all they are honest! The first time I used Apex was in December 2016. Unfortunately my check engine light came on and after getting it diagnosed at an Advance Auto Parts I knew I needed a mechanic fast. I called and was able to get my car into Apex the next day. Jason called me throughout the day with updates, explaining the situation and laying out a few options for me. He was always super upfront with the pricing and I never felt like I was being taken advantage of. When I went in to pay and pick up my car, I actually ended up paying about $250 less than what he originally quoted me which was a very pleasant surprise! The following year when I needed an inspection, Apex was the obvious place to go! I was able to get in within a couple days of calling and they had me in and out in a couple hours - I just walked down to a coffee shop to wait. The price was reasonable as well. I will continue to be a customer of Apex and would recommend them to anyone!
