  • HORRIBLE SERVICE. Do not order delivery from this restaurant. Our food took 2.5 hours to arrive, and the manager refused to refund our money. The first time it was supposed to arrive, it took over an hour, but then the delivery driver called to inform us that it had exploded in the car so he had to go back to the restaurant to reorder it. Then it took another hour. By that time, my boyfriend was on the phone with the manager, who refused to refund our money and offered only a 20% discount. I've worked in restaurants before and have had enough bad dining experiences to know that the manager in this situation should have automatically refunded our money without even being asked to do so. That she didn't is the sign of a bad manager who doesn't care about keeping customers--she lost me as a customer. I will never eat Sa Bai Thong food again.
