  • Waited 28 min for a mobile order for two drinks. Ridiculous! To top it off, the staff lost our order! If it weren't for the cashier noticing/apologizing to us, we probably would have just left. You get one star for the nice cashier and at least making our drinks correctly. But, Starbucks, please update your mobile app and process to confirm orders and to provide better ETAs.
