I had a 1:00 Saturday appointment that I called and scheduled with Kim as I purchased a Groupon. I arrived on time and was told in very broken English that "no have appointment, not in book." The lady told me to come back in an hour so I waited an hour and came back. I was told again she had an appointment with someone else and I left. I called and spoke with Kim again to reschedule for the next Saturday. I was nice and joked that she needed to make sure I was scheduled this time as I know we are human and all make mistakes. I arrived on time the following Saturday and the same lady told me that I did not have an appointment and kept showing me her book. I asked where Kim was and she said no here. I asked if she could contact her and she said no. She asked me to set another appointment and at this point I told her no, I would not be coming back and would be contacting Groupon to let them know how unprofessional her business is. Groupon was very apologetic and refunded my money but I see they have another Groupon running. The previous reviewer said the atmosphere is okay, and that was being nice. They also have you put your purse in a locker. I hope that anyone else does not have to go through what I did if they choose to purchase from Wonder Foot Spa. Yes, I wonder how they are still in business!
