  • After my last review Johnny the manager messaged me to offer a gel manicure by him to make up for the less than stellar experience I had. I went in last Saturday for a mani/pedi without contacting him first, last minute decision on my part. Johnny recognized me and did my manicure. We talked and he appreciated where I was coming from. All I ask for is good customer service and a quality mani/pedi. I pay the same price as the next person. Jenny did an amazing pedicure. Johnny did a great manicure with a bit of nail art. He saved money as it was a regular manicure not a gel! I came back in today and had my nails redone as they've chipped in a week. Tan did a great job redoing them. We changed the painted design on my one finger. I went to pay and was told $17. I asked how much just to redo nail polish. I was told I was charged for the nail art. I still don't know what the fee is for redoing nail polish is?! I don't know what they charge for doing polka dots on 2 fingers and plaid on 2 fingers?! Most places charge $8-10 to repaint nails and $5 for nail art but that's usually per hand for all 5 fingers. I'm still confused on the math. I guess I'll just stick to a regular mani/pedi, plain polish and that should be $35?! I don't recall seeing a board with prices now that I think about it. This is where the customer service part is lacking.
