It's ok.
The upside : Over all the grounds are decent and it seems like a quiet neighborhood. The staff seem pleasant.
The post office / car wash / gas station are less than a minute away from your front door (walking).
There isn't any known\ obvious crime.
You are able to reach the office during hours of operation and they are helpful.
The not-so-upside: It's pretty far from the strip
(about a 30min ride).
The walls are pretty thin and you can hear your neighbors pretty clearly.
There hasn't been a pool or gym for the past 5 or 6 months.
Each month the sign for the re-opening date on the gate for the pool is changed - to the end of the following month. The winter months weren't so bad, now the weather is becoming increasingly better, it's extremely annoying. You pay for pool / gym access and aren't able to use either the pool or the gym.
I initially signed my lease with the expectation that I would be able to get a free membership at the gym next door to the complex.
That promise helped and made me lean more in the direction of liberty square plus the clubhouse is a construction zone. ultimately it (gym access and the pool being complete prior to now) were deciding factors in my decision to stay here as opposed to Tuscany Village( and I wanted to move ASAP). Liberty Square also worked better because it was closer to my place of employment.
When it came time for me to get set up with the free membership promised - I was told it was at capacity and they were no longer able to provide the free membership.
