| - Dr. Sigg is amazing! I can't recommend her enough! She has helped us with all our animals, but I'd like to just share my experience when my dog, Franny, became very ill.
I came home after running errands and Franny, our beagle, was having a difficult time breathing and had been vomiting. I immediately called Wexford Vet, told them what was going on, and rushed her into the car. One of the assistants MET ME AT THE DOOR! I can't even begin to tell you how amazing it is to take your beloved pet to a vet's office that actually cares. The young assistant (I don't know her name and I feel awful but I was in a state) rushes us into a room, in front of other pets, who were patiently waiting for their appointments to start. Dr. Sigg was there in 60 seconds on less, did a quick exam, and rushed her off to X-Ray to see what was going on. She returned so quickly and took the time to show me the x-ray, tell me what she thought might be going on, and referred me to the specialty vet on Camp Horne because they didn't have the advanced equipment needed to perform an endoscopy on her. She quickly burned the images onto a cd for me, and they rushed me out the door so I could get her to camp horne.
I hadn't even paid my bill but they were more concerned about my dog's well being, which means the WORLD to me. I ran down to the specialty clinic, they admitted Franny, and I returned to Wexford Vet to take care of my bill. Dr. Sigg was still there and she took the time to explain more in detail what she thought might be going on, taking way more time reassuring me and explaining everything to me than the specialty clinic had done. She was just so amazing and I can't say enough about her compassion.
Everyone at Wexford Vet that I have had the pleasure of meeting has been amazing and we will continue to take our pets there for many years to come.
