  • Came here after eating at Shake Shack. I got coupons for free samples. The free samples were 6 Hershey pumpkin flavored kisses. It tasted ok. I would rather have the chocolate ones. As we looked around, we ended up getting four cream pies. I only took a photo of two of the four. One was peanut butter and the other was chocolate. The chocolate one is so good. Two chocolate cookies on the outside and whipped cream in the middle with a chocolate Hershey kiss on top. Yum! I ate only half since it is so rich. The peanut butter one had peanut butter cream with peanut butter cookies outside. Customer service was okay. The lady helped me as soon as we were ready to order. It took her awhile to notice we were standing there. She told us to get a number but the tickets in the machine were empty. I had to tell her that but she helped us anyway. A smile would be nice from your employees. I know that you deal with lots of people but come on. Some of us need good attitude if you want to sell your product. Other than that, I still like all the products from Hershey's.
