  • I ordered 3 Natuzzi sofas at the beginning of August and it took 8 months to arrive. Ewan, the sales guy there promised that it would arrive from 8-12 weeks which is BULLSHIT. He lies to his customers to get them to order because no one will buy sofas that will take 6-8 months to arrive. Do not order Natuzzi products or anything from this store. They take forever to deliver and falsely promise you that you will get whatever you order within 8-12 weeks which is all BS. There are plenty of bad reviews about Home Style Furnishings and Natuzzi online. I would never order or buy anything from this store again and do not trust whatever Evan tells you especially delivery dates. It is all BS and lies to get you to buy stuff from them. Just buy your products made in Canada as they will arrive on time and won't have crazy delays & delivery dates. It also took over a month with over 10 phone calls to get any refunds back. Ewan is extremely cocky, lazy and very sloppy. Do not buy from this store or Natuzzi products unless you want to wait 6-8 months and deal with the BS sales guy Ewan. I heard of others who have ordered Natuzzi products from Sears and it took over 6 months to arrive with false promises of earlier deliver dates from the retailers. Stay away from Homesyle furnishings and never pay everything in full. Just pay a deposit if you are very desperate to buy Natuzzi products or anything from this crappy store. Crappy and poor customer service! BUYERS BEWARE!
