  • Totally underwhelmed... Took forever to even get a host at the door to seat us... And then we waited about ten minutes to get drink orders. One of our drinks came out in a nasty dirty glass that had baked on ketchup stuck to it. What else isn't getting washed? Also, burgers came out overcooked. This is really disappointing, because we love this place so much. I don't think we're going to be back for a while... And it isn't the fault of the wait staff; they looked exhausted. Every. Last. One.
