  • Carolina's is the place to get the best Mexican food in the world. Not kidding. Their tortillas are second to none. I always get at least a dozen tortillas to take home and some of their enchilada sauce as well. My go-to is to get a bean burrito (sometimes double wrapped because the tortilla is the best part) and a couple of hard shredded beef tacos. The taco sauce they make here is very good as well - but it can be a little too spicy for some people (not me!) The only thing here that isn't too good is the cheese enchilada. Stick with the burros and tacos. I would eat here every day if I could... but then I'd weigh like 780 pounds and be dead by 45.
