We bought a washing machine back in May 2017. First we waiting over 20 minutes for someone to help us. We went to the service decked and asked them to call someone since we were one of four couples waiting. We order the washer and scheduled a delivery date. They never called the day before like we were told so we called to check. Well they set it for the wrong date. We waited two more weeks to get it. Now 8 months later it needs repaired. Yep! We have the extended warranty so we called to schedule a repair. They gave us the number we called and the gentleman told us the day and the hours between 8-12. As I sit and wait i figured I'll call to see what's happening. I couldn't find the number to the service people so I call Home Depot for it. The girl who answers can't help me. She transfers my call and I have to leave a message asking for a phone number. 20 minutes later the lady calls back to say she's sorry and tells me I should have scheduled my repair online so this wouldn't have happened. Really?!?! So there must be a problem yet you keep using the same service center to make appointments. Hmmm not happy! Meaning while my husband is calling the company who was suppose to get the appointment. Go figure they didn't have any appointment to see us!! So I will have to take off work again to wait for this repair to happen In two weeks now! We made the appointment with the company Home Depot was suppose to have done almost a week ago now. We only got a sorry and we should have scheduled on line not called to set it up. Needless to say we will never buy from them again. Even though we have a whole house to redo from the floors up. Guess we're going to Lowe's or another competitor. Very disappointed twice by Home Depot.
End note my husband just got off the phone with corporate in Georgia they're giving us a $50 gift card and asked if we'd continue to shop with them he politely said NO!
