  • Definitely a brewery to add to your list if you are looking to tour the breweries of Charlotte! Saturdays are always packed, so get there early or after 9 to get your choice of seating. Even if you go mid afternoon and need to settle for standing against a wall, the folks behind the bar do a wonderful job of keeping the line moving. Also make it a point to try the Mexicali Stout. I know what you are thinking "but Hayden, I don't like stouts." Trust me and have them pour you a sample. It is both light in body and strong in flavor. It's ok if you end up not liking it. We all have different pallets. But, you owe it to the brewer to try that brew.
