  • Hidden gem in Las Vegas. Giant sea shrimp are in season for 38 usd per pound. Great big glop of eggs (??) under the legs. Delicioso! Lobster on top of e-mein is cook right with lobster sauce soak down into the e-mein. The fried flounders are tender and crispy, the steamed snappy is cook just right. The pig hock with seaweed and peanut with fermented bean paste is full of flavor. The service is impeccable. The waiters are there immediately whenever something is needed. Complementary dessert is tapioca with water chestnut. Overall a fine New Year's dinner.
