For a place that should be accustomed to dealing with large crowds waiting to get into the nearby arena and stadium, this place is a mess. We tried to get seated for dinner approximately an hour and a half before a concert at the University of Phoenix Stadium. The hostess told us the wait was over an hour so we went to the bar instead. As we stood there, we discovered that the majority of the tables in the restaurant were dirty and not being bussed as the restaurant appeared to be badly understaffed.
Later, as we stood at the bar, we asked the bartender if we could order food there. We were told we could only order food if we were seated. We then asked if we could drag chairs to some empty space at the bar. We were told this was not possible as the space was supposed to be left open. Within five minutes, we watched another guest drag over a chair and sit in the space and the bartender said nothing.
This place is a mess. Don't even waste your time. I can't imagine how, in this location, you would not have proper staff to accommodate a large crowd for an event that was announced over four months in advance. There is another review below that puts this perfectly into context: at any other location, this place would already be out of business.
