For a quick service build it yourself restaurant, the food was pretty good. The key to these places is volume to keep the food fresh and they seemed to have enough when I stopped by at mid afternoon. The proteins and toppings are rather limited, but they tasted great and fresh. Eventually, you may tire of the limited selections but they have a variety of sauces to mix things up. The decor is sleek and modern with booths and several communal tables. My only complaint is AC fan was turned up too high, like eating in a wind tunnel.
