  • These idiots don't know one bit about what they are talking about. Probably one of the worse stores in North Phoenix. Can we get some technology literate people here please? Never coming to this store again, and probably will convince all of my friends who have Verizon and everyone I know to never come to this store. If you do, just go down to the Apple Store right down the street, they'll probably be able to do more than what these so called "Sales Reps" can do. Bad service and try to dust off any issues they encounter in the most unprofessional way possible. Disgusted.
