  • It is no wonder why all these stores are closing. The service is absolutely horrible at this location. I dropped a computer off to be serviced on December 31st. Never got a call to let me know the status so I called on January 20th and they confirmed it was ready. I went to the store to pick it up and they tell me I have to have an appointment and can't pick up my computer at that time. If I could give them a zero I would.
