  • Halloween weekend Oct 27 2012. First of all let me just tell you how I read the reviews before I came here and saw the bad ones and decided to give it a try anyways, and let me tell you how all the bad reviews are TRUE absolutely TRUE!! Me and my group of friends had booked a booth weeks in advance for halloween weekend but when we arrived we waited in the booth line for over 30 minutes, which makes absolutely no sense what so over, we only got 6 free entries yet we were paying over $800.00 for our booth and drinks, when we finally got in after freezing for 45 minutes they take us to our "booth" only to find out that it was not a booth but a table with all our drinks on it. we spoke to 20 different people who claimed they were "managers" but when we wanted something done suddenly they were not managers and they needed to go find someone else. this went on for an hour. We got the run around from these managers, and they honestly thought we were stupid! first they tell us that we should have received an email that stated that booths were not guaranteed...EXCUSE ME??? booths not guarantee when we RESERVED it? how does that work....for all the trouble and a ruined night all they did to "compensate" us was a free bottle. yet by the time we finally gave up and just decided on our horrible table booth all they did for us was a free bottle. So we basically payed $850.00 for a horrible night, bad service, and shitty drinks. I myself work in the service industry and this is not how people should be treated or serviced. this is going to be the first and last time I will ever step foot into this shit hole. and for $850.00 I sure as hell expected 100% better service. I could have gone somewhere else for half the price and gotten way better service. I have been to many clubs on halloween and this by far is the WORST one ever! STAY AWAY FROM THIS CLUB IF YOU DON'T WANT MONEY WASTED AND POURED DOWN THE DRAIN!! This club is a disgrace to the club industry. I have never in my life had such a horrible experience in club, and I for one am not one for writing bad reviews but I felt this is something that needed to be passed on to my fellow clubbers because I don't want anyone else to be wasting money on a club and people there like I did. DO NOT GO HERE, IT IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!
