| - I too found Dr. Aspacio lacking manners. When I first went to this office, he barley had time to talk with me about my rosacea, spent a few minutes in the room, then left. I returned a month later, pending insurance approval, to have several moles removed from my nose. He stuck needles into the moles that were being "shaved" off. I pointed out a few more, not just the 3 he focused on. He told me he couldn't remove one of them in particular, because it wasn't really raised enough but you could see it. He "shaved" the moles and cauterized them, THEN proceeded to cauterize the mole that he said couldn't be removed and he did it without numbing that area first! It was like an afterthought, he just zapped that part of my nose after he was done with everything else and in my opinion, did it just to be an jerk!! Their was another dr. in the room and before Dr. Aspacio decided to zap me w/out numbing, he wiped away tears streaming down my face and the Dr. commented that I was crying and laughed about it.
He's sadistic! Complete jerk!!! On another note, normally my office visits are $25. so when I returned to have these removed, I was charged $85. Then I got my EOB (explanation of benefits) and see I was overcharged by $60. When I called asking why I was overcharged, I was told, "oh, you have a credit." Why would I have a credit?! That's fraud!! I had no intention of returning and getting more services. I told them to return my money via check. I don't like this place at ALL.
