First visit to take Senior Yearbook Photo's was disorganized. Half the staff did not know what was going on or were in training. The photographers that were taking pictures were in a hurry to move the kids through (even though we spent an hour and fifteen minutes on this process). They also took cap and gown photos at the same time. I had the photographer retake several photos. He was willing to keep photos where my son had closed his eyes. Of course this would be a photo every parent would purchase! I think not! By the second visit to review the pictures we were immediately asked what we would like to purchase even though we hadn't seen a photo yet. My son was shown the wrong photos to choose for the yearbook until I corrected the associate. Then she showed us the three he could choose from (found out his friend had 5 to choose from) not sure what happened there. Pictures were not cropped prior to viewing so of course all I can see is my sons feet and the bottom of the background. Pictures were terrible quality. I finally settled on a photo because I had to for the yearbook. I refused to purchase any of the pictures based on quality. They wanted $144 for an 8x10 and 2- 5x7. Then they magically walked to the back room and pull out the managers special for $89 for the same package. Good for only a week. As much as I want a picture of my son - I would not nor could not validate spending any money for such poor pictures.
