  • Ordered flowers in a vase for a wedding. This order was placed in person almost a month before the pick up date, with explicit instructions. When I picked up the vase, the flowers looked as if they had just been jammed in the vase. The worker offered to fix them, and took them to the back to do so. Flowers were brought out, arranged better, and I took them. Sadly, the roses never opened, there was no packet of flowerfresh or instructions to keep them fresh, and the flowers were wilted, wrinkled and brown 2 days later. Very disappointing, especially for over $50.00. I do not recommend.
